The same, the better!!!

Actually, I really understand why Liu chose to live with Chinese. I have to say, I want to live with Chinese because that can make me feel more comfortable. I can say anything I want to and do anything I would like to. Even though I may have conflicts with my Chinese roommates, the issue cannot be an international problem. We can argue or even fight; it does not matter. However, if I argue with American roommate, what would he think? He will never mention how his Chinese roommate is. I think he would probably claim Chinese people are…… As for me, I also will say something bad about him.
For the issue of meeting strangers, I would say that the people who are from the same country as me are easier to communicate than the people who have different nationalities. In fact, this is a common issue. When we say the society of the US, we probably can notice that the phenomenon of segregation still exists. When I walk on the campus, I can notice that African American hang out together and Native Americans hang out together. As for this issue, I asked one of my teachers. He told me that Native Americans do not have discriminations to African American. They just want to feel comfortable when they hang out with the same race people.
